Being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience and drives sales through customer serviceCreating a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest, every timeMaking a connection with guests by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each transactionRole modeling established guest experience practices with internal and external customersAdapting to different guest interactions and situations and through a blend of problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concernsBuilding guest loyalty through promoting and educating the guest on Bealls credit and loyalty programsMaintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the register areasAccurately handling register operations and transactions with awareness of the guest wait timeUsage of company standard software, systems, and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC CASHIER:
Customer Service Experience PreferredKnowledge of guest service fundamentals and possesses excellent customer service skillsStrong verbal communication skillsWork both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goalsWelcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team membersAttention to detail and follows multi-step processesUtilization of Zebra PDA and POS SystemsAbility to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 poundsMust have full body rotation and mobility (i.
