Fast Track to Sales Manager - Now Hiring

As a company, we are focused on expanding and growing in new areas.
We are looking for a driven individual who we can build a sales team around.
This individual must be willing to learn and duplicate our proven system of success within the insurance industry.
This is a Full-Time position that is commission based pay.
Full Time representatives should expect to put in 40-50 hours a week.
This position is broken down into two sections; 1.
Learning how to close sales and 2.
Learning how to teach and train others.
As a company, we believe that our Sales Team Managers first need to learn our system and learn how to sell at a high level.
The first 90 days of this position, your main objective will be learning our system, learning our products, and learning how to sell our products.
After, your job will be focused on attracting, retaining, teaching, and training sales agents on how to sell our products at a high level while still maintaining a consistent ability to sell our products personally.
Position responsibilities are:
Building rapport with customers and Implementing strategies to sell insurance Being fully aware of the company's services/policies Working accordingly with company policies Managing other sales repsCoaching and Mentoring new sales reps.
Position requirements are:
Experience within this field (recommended not required)Be on a 30 minute conference call 5 days a weekWork 40-50 hours a weekSelf-driven and Self-MotivatedCompetitive Learn our systems Leadership and management skillsBe on manager calls when necessaryFirst year representatives in this position average 90k-110k first year; with many being well above.

Salary:
$58 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
